Physiotherapy

Supporting children in building strong, confident movement.

Service Description

Physiotherapy focuses on helping children develop the strength, coordination, and endurance they need for physical play and everyday movement. Areas we support: 👶 Infant Motor Milestones Some babies take longer to develop skills like tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and early walking. Physiotherapy helps strengthen these foundational movement skills. 💆‍♀️ Torticollis Some infants may tilt or turn their head to one side, often due to tightness in the neck muscles. This can affect head shape, comfort, and early motor development if left unaddressed. Physiotherapy uses gentle play-based techniques to improve neck mobility, strengthen muscles, and encourage more symmetrical movement. 🏃 Gross Motor Development Some children struggle to figure out how to move their bodies to complete tasks or activities such as running, jumping, or climbing playground equipment or navigating obstacle courses. PT helps develop these movement planning skills. ⚖️ Balance & Coordination Children who frequently trip, fall, or appear clumsy may benefit from exercises that improve balance, coordination, and body awareness. 💪 Strength & Core Stability Physiotherapy helps build muscle strength and postural stability so children can sit upright, move efficiently, and participate in physical activities. 🤸 Sports Readiness & Injury Prevention Physiotherapy helps children safely participate in sports and recreational activities by strengthening movement patterns and preventing injury. - Types of Sessions: o Assessment (First Appointment) - 60 minutes - $200 o Regular Session - 50 minutes - $150 o Extended Session - 75 minutes - $240 o Brief Session - 25 minutes - $90
